Class Presentation Requests

UCF faculty can request a presentation from a Writing Center representative who will provide a brief presentation about UWC services. Please visit our Faculty Resources page and specify whether your location is in Cocoa, Daytona, Orlando, or Rosen.

UWC via Adobe Connect

The UWC offers Adobe Connect as an online consultation mode, so you can meet with a consultant from anywhere.

From any computer with internet access, you should be able to:

  • Speak with your consultant via audio connection
  • Revise your paper along with your consultant via screen sharing
  • Have instant access to our handouts and other resources

We strongly recommend using a headset with attached microphone for Adobe Connect consultations. If you don’t have a headset and microphone, you can get full audio on our Connect Consultation Station on the UCF Daytona Beach campus. Select Distance Consulting for more information on Adobe Connect sessions.
